  2. Reasons why the fresh dome/Canister/jar might not operate

Are the Batteries dead?

Please check batteries if the power run out, please change two new batteries for replacement.

Are the batteries in the right direction?

Please make sure the assemble in right direction.

Is the table surface smooth?

Please make sure the table surface is flat, smooth or has a mirrored-surface that allow the sealer to attach properly.

Is the dome sealer clean and free of any debris that could hinder the suchtion process?

Please check if any foods bebris which will cause to Air leakage, then it won't achieve Vacuum Status. Please clean up sealer without remain foods bebris.

Is the On/Off button pressed down fully?

Please make sure to completely depress the On/Off button on the Vacuum Machine.

Does the Fresh Dome sealer attach to the Tray or Table without any air escaping?

Please check if any foods bebris which will cause to Air leakage, then it won't achieve Vacuum Status. Please clean up sealer without remain foods bebris.

Does the Canister LID Sealer attached to the edage of canistger without any debris?

Please check if any foods bebris which will cause to Air leakage, then it won't achieve Vacuum Status. Please clean up sealer without remain foods bebris.

Is the hole of the vent cap being blocked?

Please check the hole of the vent cap has any bebris to blocked air system.

Is the vent cap securely fastened?

Please sure to screw the vacuum machine on the top of Dome or LID tightly.
